Relaxation Massage

What most think of as a Swedish massage involves long, broad, soothing strokes, as well as kneading strokes.

Neuromuscular Therapy

This massage addresses origins of pain by working specific muscles and their trigger points. Your posture as well as every day repetitive movement are taken into account in analyzing which muscle groups need to be worked. Excellent for injuries and chronic pain relief.

Reflexology

System of points on the hands and feet that are thought to correspond, or "reflex" to all areas of the body.

Reiki Session

A natural healing art which enhances your life and allows you to heal yourself and others. It is a laying-on-of-hands healing modality, over 2500 years old. Restores balance and harmony to the body. / 30 minutes

Raindrop Therapy

A series of aromatic essential oils lightly dropped on the spine, each individually massaged into the back. Receive a gentle scalp and leg massage while the oils are absorbed into the skin. Very relaxing! / 60 minutes Any Treatment can be customized to each individual's needs.
